Monday: Hühnerspiel - 2181m
Classic: From the Josef car park (1400m) via the Brandstattalm (1810m) and on towards the Seblasspitze via the high trail to the Hühnerspiel (2181m). Descent via the Milderaunalm (1671m) to the Auffangalm (1620m)
Soft: Brandstattalm (1810m), Milderaunalm (1671m), Auffangalm (1620m)
Tuesday: Seejöchl - 2518m
Classic: Ascent with the Kreuzjochbahn (2100m), hike to the Sennjoch (2240m) along the Schlicker Scharte to the Seejöchl (2518m) and on over the Hals (1992m) to the Pfarrachalm (1740m)
Soft: Froneben middle station - Baumhausweg - Sunnseitnweg to Pfurtschell or Kartnall
Wednesday: Beiljoch - 2673m
Classic: Ascent with the glacier railway to the middle station. Ascent from the Dresdnerhütte (2308m) to the Beiljoch (2673m). Descent via the Blaue Lacke to the Sulzenauhütte (2191m), Grawa Alm.
Soft: WildeWasserWeg from the Stubai Glacier valley station out of the valley
Thursday: Westfalenhaus - 2273m
Classic: Drive through the unspoilt Sellraintal valley to Lüsens (1670m), ascent through the Längental valley to the Westfalenhaus (2273m). For the descent we take the winter path along the stream.
Soft: In the Sellraintal St. Sigmund (1513m) to the Gschleirschalm (1700m)
Friday: Pfoner Ochsenalm - 2169m
Classic: Drive into the Navistal (1500m), uphill to the Mislalm (2018m) and along the panoramic trail to the Fritzenalm (2068m), Frontalalm (2089m) to the Pfoner Ochsenalm (2169m)
We make the descent to Pfons-Matrei
Soft: Ascent in Neustift to the mountain station of the 11er lifts (1800m), hike to the Autenalm (1665m) and on to the Klamperbergalm (1795m). Return to the lift or descent into the valley to Neustift
